Class of 2026 Spirit Gear!

News Flash! If you did not order your class t-shirt during the first round of orders, our amazing vendor has opened up our class store one more time. Please get all your Class of 2026 merchandise before this final run. All payments will be made online. All items will be shipped to Wolf Canyon and distributed to your child to take home after winter break. Please place your order by our deadline: Friday, December 19th, 2025.

Eastlake Middle School Pre-Registration – If your child is scheduled to attend Eastlake Middle School next year, please begin the pre-registration process now: https://sites.google.com/sweetwaterschools.net/registration/home

Nightly Homework – Please make sure your child is getting daily practice by ensuring they do their homework nightly, Monday through Friday. Students will utilize a daily planner to keep track of daily practice. Please initial nightly and sign at the end of the week. Every night, your child should be:

  • Reading for at least 30 minutes
  • Completing approximately 15 minutes of assigned math practice on either iReady, Teams, or IXL.com.
  • Playing iReady My Path for 15 minutes of differentiated practice, Monday through Thursday.

Accelerated Reader – As this is week TEN out of ten for this quarter, your student should be around 100% of their AR goal. We expect all students in sixth grade to read for one hour each day, Monday through Friday. Students read for 30 minutes in class daily and should also be reading for 30 minutes for homework.

  • January 13th – First Day of Third Quarter

Please remember these important upcoming dates:

  • Last Day of Quarter 2 Clubs: Friday, December 19th
  • Quarter 3 Club Registration Opens: Monday, December 8th at 6:00 PM

Olympian High School Field Trip – Your child should’ve received a permission slip for our upcoming field trip to Olympian High School. Students in Room 403 and 404 will be going on Tuesday, December 2nd and students in Room 401 and 402 will be going on Wednesday, December 3rd to watch the drama department’s presentation of Annie Jr. Please sign and return. Thank you!
